Our client, a reputable firm experiencing significant growth, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their dedicated HR team. This role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional who can partner effectively with business leaders to drive talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR partner to designated business units, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Oversee and manage performance management processes, ensuring fairness and effectiveness. Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies, working closely with recruiters to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement programs related to employee engagement, retention, and development. Advise on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations for resolution. Support organizational design and change management initiatives. Facilitate HR-related training and development programs for managers and employees. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role. Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and compensation & benefits. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of professional ethics and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
