The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a broad range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to leaders and employees, helping to foster a positive and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to identify talent needs, developing workforce plans, and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives. You will also play a critical role in managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. A deep understanding of HR best practices and current employment legislation is essential.
