Our client is a rapidly growing organization looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in supporting our diverse workforce across various locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and a proven ability to partner effectively with leadership. Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters, including organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives. - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention. - Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. - Collaborate with talent acquisition to attract and recruit top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture. - Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. - Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. - Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend data-driven solutions. - Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. - Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. - Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role. - Demonstrated experience supporting diverse business units and employee populations. - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compensation & benefits administration. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics. - Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are highly desirable.
