Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator located in Zirakpur. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the role involves collaborating closely with leadership and other departments to ensure alignment between the company's strategic goals and human resources initiatives. Qualifications • Strong Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing experience • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management • Comprehensive knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies • Experience in Training & Development and Succession Planning • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Strong ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with company objectives • Proficiency in HR software systems and tools • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior-level HR role
