Senior Human Resources Generalist
About the job
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. Your responsibilities will include enforcing company policies and practices, managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing HR strategies, and overseeing employee benefits and benefits administration. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting employee performance management and training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and selection process - Develop and implement HR strategies - Oversee employee benefits and benefits administration - Ensure compliance with labor regulations - Support employee performance management and training programs Qualifications Required: - MBA-HR / MSW or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Generalist - Immediate Joiner's preferred - Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills - Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies - Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in a similar role in the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
