Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Prayagraj, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior HR Manager will oversee and enhance HR strategies, policies, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role supports performance management, learning, and development programs to foster employee growth and career advancement. The role also involves collaboration with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business goals and managing a team to drive HR operations efficiently, reporting directly to the company co-founders. Key responsibilities • Oversee all internal HR operations and processes to ensure smooth functioning. • Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for diverse roles across the organization. • Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Support performance management, learning, and development programs to foster employee growth. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience in recruitment and employee engagement. Preferred Skills • Familiarity with HR software and tools. • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
