The Senior HR Manager will oversee and enhance HR strategies, policies, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role supports performance management, learning, and development programs to foster employee growth and career advancement.
