Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Puducherry, India. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR-related tasks, including strategic planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing HR policies, fostering a positive work culture, leading the recruitment process, implementing training and development programs, and addressing employee relations issues. Collaboration with other leadership team members to align HR strategies with organizational objectives is essential. Qualifications • Experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement • Skills in performance management, training and development, and employee relations • Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance practices, and HR policies • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR tools • Ability to work effectively on-site as a team leader and contribute to organizational growth • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent specialization in HR is a plus • Minimum 15 years to maximum 20 years of core HR experience into any service industry. • Prior experience in educational institutions or a related field is highly advantageous
