Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in NSP, PITAMPURA, DELHI, India. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, professional development programs, and driving initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement. Leading a team of HR professionals, the role also involves analyzing HR metrics, overseeing benefits administration, guiding workforce planning, and supporting organizational growth and alignment with strategic goals. People from Delhi only apply having salary expectation between 6 - 8 lakhs. Qualifications • Comprehensive understanding and experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning • Strong Employee Relations, Conflict Management, and HR Policy Creation abilities • Proven expertise in Performance Management, Professional Development, and Succession Planning • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, Compensation, and Benefits administration • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring HR teams • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities • Proficiency in HR software and tools; prior experience with HR analytics is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is preferred) • 5+ years of professional HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees and business stakeholders
