Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in jaipur for a Senior Human Resources Professional. The role involves overseeing and managing HR operations, developing and implementing effective HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling personnel management and compliance, and supporting recruitment processes. The candidate will also work closely with management to align HR strategies with the organization's goals, ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices • Proven experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies • Comprehensive understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management • Ability to foster a productive and inclusive workplace environment • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Proficiency in HR tools and systems is an advantage • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Must have 2-4 years of experience
