What you'll do: • Enabling performance advisors • Deliver timely, high-quality support to a cohort of performance advisors to enhance their effectiveness • Guide advisors in providing actionable, evidence-based feedback • Identify and support underperforming advisors • Use data and metrics to maintain awareness of cohort • Supporting functional programmatic needs, tools and resources • Lead or contribute to functional initiatives, tools, and systems • Operating in a globally consistent manner • Provide coaching services (as needed) What you'll bring: • Bachelor’s degree and ~6-8+ years of relevant work experience • Prior HR experience with a solid understanding of human and organizational dynamics • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven ability to navigate sensitive topics with diplomacy • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work • Adaptable to change and evolving responsibilities.
