The Job: We are looking for a seasoned Senior IAM Full Stack Development Specialist to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise across the full stack, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. You will play a critical role in shaping our IAM and SaaS Solution, driving innovation, and ensuring robust security and compliance across systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end development and integration of IAM and SaaS solutions - Experience working with Hybrid Mobile APP and Microservices enabled framework. - Implement secure authentication and authorization frameworks using protocols like OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect, and SCIM. - Integrate IAM systems (e.g. Okta) with enterprise applications, and directories (LDAP/AD). - Integrate IAM SDK for different types of application (SPA, Web, Native) - Drive automation of IAM workflows - Work as full stack developer using Java/Node in back-end and Angular/React in front-end to engineer a product. - Customize the UI pages for authentication using hooks and events - Develop authentication related hybrid mobile app plugins for MFA using native SDK (Kotlin, Swift) - Understand OKTA management APIs and know the usage of it as consumer - Thinking critically to analyze the pros and cons of solving a problem or using technology in a certain way. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation.
