Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Information Technology Project Manager ( INSURANCE DOMAIN). The individual in this position will oversee and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, deadline management, issue resolution, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Senior IT Project Manager will also analyze project performance and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions. Qualifications: • Strong skills in Program Management and Project Planning, including the ability to design and execute comprehensive project plans for Insurance clients. • Proficiency in Information Technology concepts and practices, coupled with proven Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making. • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients, both verbally and in writing. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects in diverse and dynamic environments. • Experience with App Development and deployment of cloud technology (AWS) and workflows is an advantage. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or any other recognized project management frameworks is a plus.
