Location-HSR Layout, bangalore Salary-4-6 LPA+ Incentives upto 12 LPA Free Lunch and Dinner We are looking for a high-intent Senior Inside Sales Associate who can guide prospective students, understand their career goals, and drive enrolments for our learning programs. This role blends counseling + sales and is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and helping students make the right decision. Key Responsibilities • Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and demos. • Understand student requirements, career goals, and recommend the right program. • Explain program features, curriculum, fees, and outcomes clearly. • Convert high-intent leads by building trust and rapport. • Guide students through the end-to-end admission process. • Assist with documentation, fee payment, and onboarding. • Ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment. • Maintain lead information in the CRM. • Follow up consistently to maximize conversions. • Track metrics : call volumes, follow-ups, demo attendance, and closures. Preferred Candidate : • 1+ year experience in EdTech sales / academic counseling / inside sales. • Strong communication & relationship-building skills. • Confidence in explaining academic programs and career pathways. • Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Basic CRM & computer skills.
