Designation: Senior Inside Sales Manager Department: Sales Experience: 8-12 years Prerequisites: • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong client relationships. • Strong problem-solving, presentation, and organisational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. • Proven strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and convert high-value leads into successful closures. • Demonstrated expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. • Comfortable working with Zoho CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets; ability to create actionable dashboards and reports is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities and guiding a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Inside Sales function for Flexible and Virtual Office products, ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent achievement of individual and team revenue targets. • Drive overall revenue generation for the business line by identifying new channels, strengthening aggregator partnerships, and implementing innovative growth initiatives. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring superior customer experience and increased lifetime value. • Identify high-potential opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals with a solution-oriented approach. • Expand the prospective client base through proactive outreach, networking, and effective industry relationship management. • Oversee sales data analysis to track performance, forecast business trends, and support strategic decision-making. • Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to improve productivity, enhance capabilities, and meet shared goals. • Continuously evaluate internal processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth for the highest revenue generation.
