Location: Bangalore Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time CTC: 5-7LPA Fixed Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners (within 7 days) Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing effective learning solutions. The role involves working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and internal stakeholders to create structured and engaging learning materials for various training programs. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal teams to understand program objectives and learning requirements. • Design and develop learning materials such as storyboards, eLearning modules, course presentations, and instructional content. • Create training assets including course videos, hands-on projects, trainer guides, and learning scripts. • Apply instructional design methodologies to develop learner-centric training content. • Ensure learning content is well-structured, engaging, and aligned with program objectives. • Work with internal teams to continuously improve learning design and delivery processes. Required Qualifications • 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer. • Strong practical experience in instructional design, content structuring, and storyboarding. • Experience developing Web-based Training (WBT) or eLearning modules. • Experience creating Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials. • Basic understanding of technical domains such as Java, Python, AWS, C++, Azure, RDBMS, or related technologies is preferred. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office tools. Eligibility Criteria • Must be currently based in Bangalore and available for a face-to-face interview. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Instructional Design is required. • Must be able to join within 7 days of offer release.
