Role Overview Collective Ace is executing a buy and build (M&A) strategy in the video gaming industry. The company is seeking a high-caliber Senior Investment Associate responsible for translating complex financial data and operational milestones into preparation and updates of investor materials, financial models, case studies and investor engagement, and transaction execution. Key Responsibilities • Build investor-grade financial models for core business, M&A, and group-level planning • Be responsible for data room readiness and assist in coordinating investor due diligence • Support CEO and Board on capital allocation, integration forecasting, and scenario modeling • Prepare investor materials, forecasts, and board reporting packages • Coordinate with the CFO/controller on underlying data and reporting accuracy Ideal Background • 4+ years in investment relations, or investment banking, or private equity, or growth equity, or corporate development • Being hands on and having very strong attention to detail in executing the day-to-day task • Previous experience with investor processes and experience building detailed financial models
