Job Description: As an Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on various financial transactions, including, capital raising, restructuring, and other strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: • Conducting in-depth financial analysis and valuation to assess the feasibility and potential risks of various investment opportunities. • Provide strategic financial guidance, optimizing capital structures and advising on corporate finance initiatives. • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential transactions, assessing financial and operational risks. • Staying abreast of market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and anticipate potential challenges. • Preparing comprehensive investment proposals, presentations, and legal documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). • Proven experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate finance, or related financial services roles. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Sound understanding of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and industry dynamics. • Required candidate preferably from Venture capital or private equity industry.
