We’re Hiring : Senior IT / HR Operations Expert – Banking & Finance (AI Model Evaluation) 🚀 We’re looking for an experienced leader in IT Service Management or HR Service Delivery within major banking & financial institutions to help evaluate and validate AI prompts for a top-tier financial organization. If you have hands-on ServiceNow expertise and deep knowledge of regulated banking environments, this opportunity is for you! 🔍 Role Overview You will review and validate the prompt used to train large AI agents for a major financial institution (e.g., Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, HSBC, NatWest, Santander UK). The AI agent must correctly follow real internal IT and HR workflows —including incidents, access management, onboarding, HR cases, and compliance-driven processes. Your expertise will ensure the model is realistic, internally consistent, and aligned with actual operational processes in regulated banking environments. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Evaluate AI prompts for IT Service Management (incidents, requests, change management, access provisioning). • Validate HR Service Delivery workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll cases, employee relations, and HR query routing. • Ensure workflows align with real-world banking operations and regulatory requirements. • Review how ServiceNow is used for CSM / ITSM / HRSD in large organizations. • Provide expert feedback on workflow accuracy, compliance alignment, and system integration logic. • Assess interactions with systems like IAM, HRIS, Payroll, DLP, and Security tools. 🎯 Ideal Profile We’re looking for senior leaders such as : • Director / VP of IT Service Management • Director / VP of Technology Operations / Technology Services • Director / VP of HR Service Delivery / HR Shared Services • Head of Service Management Platforms (ServiceNow) • Director of Employee Experience Operations You should have: • Deep experience in regulated banking environments • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow (ITSM / HRSD / CSM) • Understanding of compliance, risk, audit trails, and secure data-handling in financial institutions • Ability to validate complex workflows across IT, HR, security, and enterprise systems 🏦 Where Ideal Candidates Come From Professionals with background in major financial institutions such as : • Lloyds Banking Group • Barclays • HSBC • NatWest Group • Santander UK 📩 How to Apply If you'd like to explore this opportunity, please share your resume at : 📧 sandeep@truelancer.com
