At Webito Infotech, we are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on exposure to hardcore IT hiring, deep understanding of technical skill sets, and the ability to independently close complex technology roles while working closely with technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) • Understand technical requirements for roles such as Developers, Testers, Designers, DevOps, and Support Engineers, and non-technical requirements for roles such as BDE, Product Sales, HR, etc. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews for technical suitability • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment for future trackers • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and joining closures • Ensure positive candidate experience at all stages • Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets and timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 4+ years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience (MANDATORY) • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field • Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics • Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to evaluate technical resumes effectively • Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
