Position : Senior Java Developer Location : Remote (India) Note : Must be available to join Immediately (Within 3-4 Weeks) Profile Requirements : • 8–12 years of hands-on Java development experience. • Strong expertise in core Java; able to code independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to understand and analyze existing .NET / C# code (prior .NET experience is a plus, not mandatory). • Comfortable using AI tools to interpret .NET code during migration. • No architecture / design responsibilities — architecture is already defined. • Must be confident in taking features end-to-end, including deployment to production. • Strong communication skills. • Financial domain experience is preferred but not required. Project Context : • Modernization project migrating an existing .NET application to Java. • Domain includes loan management, payments, and disbursements.
