Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only (No virtual interviews) ⚠️ Important: Only candidates who can attend a face-to-face interview should apply. 🔹 Job Summary We are looking for self-driven and motivated professionals who will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and support of robust Java web and standalone applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams across different layers of the architecture. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, release, and support Java-based multi-tier applications • Deliver across the full application lifecycle – design, build, deploy, test, release & support • Optimize system performance and improve application scalability • Collaborate with developers and product managers to build high-quality products • Bug fixing and performance tuning in coordination with QA teams • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve development efficiency 🔹 Required Skills • Strong expertise in Java 8–17, Collections, Data Structures, Multithreading, Concurrency & Memory Management • Experience with Kafka, Request Queuing, NIO/IO, TCP/IP, File Systems • Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and real-time response systems • Strong experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC • Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture • Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL / Oracle), complex SQL queries & optimization • Knowledge of Redis / Memcache • Understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills • Exposure to Web Servers (Apache) and basic UI/UX concepts 🔹 Preferred Skills • Agile / TDD development experience • Source control tools: Git, SVN • ORM tools like Hibernate • Exposure to CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, AWS • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Awareness of benchmarking and best coding practices 🔹 Qualification • B.E./B.Tech (CS / IT or relevant discipline) • MCA / M.Tech with relevant experience
