Urgent Requirement: Senior Lead Analyst – FS Analytics & AI Location: Bangalore | Notice Period: Immediate – 15 days Role Overview: Looking for a Senior Lead Analyst to drive Financial Services Analytics & AI solution design and presales in a fast-growing digital transformation setup. This is a high-impact, solutioning role focusing on AI/ML-driven BFS solutions, RFP/RFX responses, and thought leadership. Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions for Banking, Lending, Cards, Payments, Risk Management. • Lead presales & business development: RFX/RFP responses, collaterals, demos, PoVs. • Act as BFS analytics/AI SME, supporting internal and client-facing initiatives. Requirements: • 10+ years in Mortgage/Consumer/Commercial Banking Analytics. • 5+ years in FS Analytics solution design & presales. • Strong Python, AI/ML, GenAI skills; experience with cloud AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Familiarity with analytics techniques (Regression, Random Forest, SVM, Time Series, Text Analytics) and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Excellent communication & presentation skills. • MBA/Postgraduate (Tier 1) with Engineering/Mathematics/Science background preferred.
