Job Description You are being sought for the role of Senior Lead Generation / Growth Specialist in the IT Services sector. As a Senior Lead Generation / Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for IT services companies. Your primary focus will be on utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, content-led outreach strategies, and engaging prospects to create a consistent pipeline. Working closely with the Sales team and leadership, you will identify prospects, effectively position company services, and drive opportunities towards closure. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate qualified leads for IT services through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, digital channels, and professional networks. - Build targeted prospect lists comprising CXO, VP, and Director level professionals across relevant industries. - Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital platforms to initiate conversations with potential clients. - Collaborate with the Sales team to convert leads into meetings, proposals, and successful deal closures. - Maintain and track lead pipelines, campaign responses, and update CRM systems regularly. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation: - Plan and support digital marketing initiatives to generate inbound leads. - Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and digital outreach programs. - Support SEO-driven content initiatives, blogs, and landing pages to enhance visibility and lead generation. - Monitor digital marketing metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign performance. - Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign strategy, messaging, and brand positioning. Content & Market Positioning: - Develop compelling LinkedIn content, email messaging, and marketing collateral for outreach campaigns. - Conduct research on target companies to identify business challenges and technology needs. - Effectively position company services through value-driven messaging. - Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
