Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Lead Next.js / React Developer who is passionate about building elegant, high-performance, and scalable front-end applications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end development, contribute to architectural decisions, and lead a team of developers while remaining a strong individual contributor. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. • Must: Applicants must possess between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience. • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and UI/UX best practices. • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. • Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs efficiently into front-end applications. • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reusability. • Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment processes. • Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making within the team. • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development.
