Senior Leader - Business Information Management

About the job

As a senior leader within the Business Information Management Practice at Axtria, you will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, delivery, and operations of key accounts in the Big Data Solutions domain. Your role will involve working closely with the global executive team, subject matter experts, solution architects, project managers, and client teams to conceptualize, build, and operate Big Data Solutions. You will be expected to communicate effectively with internal management, client sponsors, and senior leaders regarding project status, risks, solutions, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver at least $10 M + revenue using information management solutions such as Big Data, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, GEN AI, Master Data Management System, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, IT Architecture Consulting, Cloud Platforms (AWS/AZURE), SaaS/PaaS based solutions - Demonstrate self-driven results orientation, customer focus, problem-solving skills, and a continuous learning mindset - Manage multiple projects/programs, meet deadlines, and document progress effectively - Possess excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and business leaders - Coach, mentor, and develop senior and middle-level staff, shaping them into future leaders - Establish yourself as a Thought Leader in a specific aspect of Information Management technology spectrum or Pharma domain - Lead large RFP responses, design and implement solutions for proposals and customer decks - Contribute to generating order pipeline, road shows, and develop Go-to-market strategies - Create market-facing collaterals and produce relevant content such as white papers, blogs, and technical/functional viewpoints. Qualifications: - MBA in Business Management - Bachelor of Computer Science Required Skills: - 18+ years of prior experience, including at least 5 years in Pharma Commercial domain, in delivering customer-focused information management solutions - Track record of successfully completing 4-5 end-to-end DW implementations using technologies like Big Data, Data Management, and BI tools - Ability to lead large teams of at least 100+ resources - Strong communication, client-facing, and leadership skills - Hands-on knowledge of databases, SQL, reporting solutions like BI tools or Excel/VBA.
