Job Title : Senior Leader – Enterprise Sales, Custom AI Events Location : Bangalore (On-site) Available : 0-15 Days (Immediate) About the Client Our client is a leading media and intelligence platform focused on AI, data, and emerging technology. Their conferences, research products, and executive communities engage thousands of leaders across enterprises and global capability centers. They are expanding their portfolio of custom AI-led events, including internal company events, CXO dinners, workshops, and bespoke thought-leadership experiences for enterprise clients. Role Overview We’re hiring a senior enterprise sales professional to lead the custom AI events business in India. This is an individual contributor role for someone with 10+ years of experience selling high-value B2B solutions and custom event formats to large enterprises. The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with a proven record of closing large deals, influencing senior stakeholders, and building long-term enterprise relationships. Key Responsibilities • Own revenue for the custom AI events vertical and deliver quarterly and annual targets. • Build and manage a solid pipeline of enterprise accounts across banking, insurance, technology, retail, telecom, manufacturing, and other major sectors. • Sell bespoke event formats aligned to enterprise priorities. • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, pitch development, solutioning, negotiation, and closure. • Work closely with events, editorial, and research teams to craft high-impact proposals tailored to enterprise needs. • Drive multi-stakeholder engagement with CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, CHROs, and innovation leaders. • Maintain accurate forecasting, strong CRM hygiene, and structured reporting for leadership visibility. • Represent the brand in enterprise meetings and industry forums to strengthen market presence. • Build repeat business through strong relationship management and value delivery. Requirements • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in events, media, research, SaaS, advisory, or other high-value solution environments. • Proven experience selling custom events or strategic programs to enterprise clients. • Strong network across marketing, digital, technology, data, HR, and innovation teams in India’s top enterprises. • Ability to lead consultative conversations with senior leaders (VP, CXO, Director level) and map complex business needs into structured solutions. • Strong proposal-writing, storytelling, and commercial negotiation skills. • High ownership mindset suited for an IC role with direct revenue accountability. • Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like • Consistent closure of large custom event deals across key enterprise accounts. • Strong repeat business and expansion within major accounts. • High satisfaction scores for delivered events and strong internal collaboration. • A predictable, scalable enterprise event sales pipeline. Location Bengaluru preferred. Other major metros may be considered for exceptional candidates.
