Position: FP&A & Corporate Reporting Role Summary We are looking for a strategic finance professional for our finance function to move from "reporting historical" to "driving future performance." You will own the entire P&L; , lead the annual budgeting process, and provide actionable insights to the Board and Executive leadership. Responsibilities & Requirement: 1. Strategic Planning & Budgeting Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Lead the organization-wide annual budgeting process, coordinating with all department heads to build bottom-up financial plans. Forecasting: Own the corporate revenue projection model (Quarterly), synthesizing sales pipeline data into a realistic financial outlook Scenario Planning: Conduct ad-hoc "what-if" analyses (e.g., market expansion, client churn impact) to aid executive decision-making. 2. Profitability & Variance Analysis P&L; Ownership: Full ownership of creation of the Monthly P&L; and Entity-level P&L; (Subsidiaries in 3 countries). Move beyond reporting numbers to explaining why they moved. Margin Analysis: Deep-dive reporting on Client-wise and Product-wise P&L; to identify high-margin and low-margin revenue streams. Expense Control: Track actual expenses against the budget department-wise. Hold department heads accountable for variances monthly. 3. Executive Reporting & Compliance Board & Investor Relations: Own the narrative and creation of presentation decks for Monthly/Quarterly Board and Investor meetings. Capitalization: Manage CWIP (Capital Work in Progress) logic and quarterly working for accurate asset capitalization.
