Job Summary The Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Officer is responsible for implementing, delivering, and monitoring training and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance in support of IQ-EQs goals. The role ensures effective coordination between facilitators, participants, and key stakeholders while managing local L&D initiatives, reporting insights, and facilitating training programs designed by the Global Talent Team. Core Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between facilitators, participants, and management to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives. • Respond to inquiries regarding training programs and provide accurate, timely information to all stakeholders. • Deliver L&D programs designed by the Global Talent Team, including Embark, non-manager training, leadership workshops, and learning sessions. • Generate and consolidate reports on training activities, attendance, and training effectiveness. • Provide key insights and recommendations to the Regional Head of L&D and Local HR teams. • Lead and manage assigned local L&D projects to support organisational learning priorities. Tasks • Facilitate classes, workshops, and learning interventions across employee groups. • Ensure timely and accurate recording of attendance and completion in the Learning Management System (LMS). • Monitor and evaluate participant engagement, feedback, and knowledge checks to propose improvements. • Observe employee behaviour post-training to assess on-the-job application of learning (70% monitoring for relevant programmes). • Facilitation of Embark for new joiners and other development programmes, as required. • Facilitate orientations for talent development programmes where applicable. • Develop, update and enforce L&D policies and guidelines (e.g., sponsorship programs, secondments).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree any field. Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, is preferred but not a requirement.
