Job Title: Senior – Learning Design (AI) Department: Learning Design Group (AI Practice) We seek a Lead-Learning Design (AI) who will work as an AI solution and implementation consultant familiar with AI technologies, educational solutions, and change management. In this role, you will collaborate with clients across the edtech spectrum to identify opportunities for AI integration, design customized solutions, and oversee successful implementation to improve education delivery and learning outcomes. Collaborate with K–12 schools, higher education institutions, workforce organizations, and publishers to understand their goals and challenges. AI Solution Design & Implementation (30%): - Develop AI-driven solutions tailored to eLearning contexts, such as adaptive learning platforms, AI tutoring systems, and content personalization, working with LearningMate’s AI product and tech services teams. - Oversee solution deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. - Conduct training sessions to empower educators, administrators, and workforce trainers along with members of the Learning Design Group. Market Analysis(5%): - Provide insights on leveraging AI to address evolving K–12, higher education, and workforce training needs. Performance Optimization(25%): - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions. - Monitor solution performance and recommend iterative improvements to maximize impact. Education: - Bachelor’s in Education, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field Experience: - Must have worked on multiple AI tools for content generation and written effective prompts for different LLMs - Strong understanding of AI technologies (adaptive learning, natural language processing, data analytics) within an educational context - Effective, prompt writing for AI tools - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content development tools - AI online course certifications - Knowledge of education standards and compliance requirements for K–12, HE, and workforce training. - Experience working with instructional design teams or educational publishers.
