We’re Hiring | Senior Manager / Assistant VP – Taxation & Finance Location: Good Earth Trade Tower, Sector 62, Gurugram Good Earth Infra is looking for an experienced and dynamic finance leader to handle Taxation, Compliance, Financial Management, Banking, and Wealth Planning strategically. This is a leadership position for a seasoned professional who can independently manage end-to-end finance operations while leading a team of 2-3 senior accountants and coordinating with auditors, consultants and management. Key Responsibilities ✔ Financial Management & Banking • Oversee cash flow, fund allocation & working capital requirements. • Support project-based financial structuring. • Approve reconciliations & strengthen internal controls ✔ Wealth Planning & Strategic Advisory • Support and structure wealth planning for management. • Coordinate with investment advisors & wealth managers. • Optimize tax-efficient investment structures. • Assist in long-term capital and asset planning ✔ Taxation & Compliance • Manage Corporate & Individual Tax matters. • Ensure timely GST, TDS & Advance Tax compliance. • Handle Income Tax filings, notices, assessments & appeals. • Lead tax audits and statutory compliance. • Monitor tax law changes and ensure adherence ✔ Accounting & Reporting • Drive budgeting, forecasting & MIS reporting. • Ensure accurate accounting in Tally. • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements. • Improve financial processes & reporting systems ✔ Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 accountants. • Coordinate with Auditors, GST Consultants & External CAs. • Implement SOPs and streamline finance operations.
