As the Senior Manager / Associate Director at HairOriginals, you will lead the Social Media/Creative/Brand team, overseeing strategy, execution, and growth across digital channels, influencer marketing, video, design, and content. Your role will involve managing the Central Creative team, collaborating with Regional Creative teams, and ensuring alignment across different departments within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive the end-to-end social media, creative, and brand strategy for HairOriginals on various platforms (IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, campaigns). - Define and achieve KPIs for brand visibility and engagement in partnership with the leadership team. - Provide coaching, mentorship, and management to develop a high-performing creative team comprising designers, content writers, video editors, and graphic designers. - Coordinate with Store Managers to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality local content. - Support offline marketing initiatives with event creatives, videos, and collaterals while collaborating closely with the offline lead. - Deliver design and content support for website updates, landing pages, and campaigns. - Collaborate with the performance marketing team to create performance-driven ad creatives. - Define and enforce social media guardrails including brand voice, design system, video style, and influencer tone. - Ensure storytelling aligns with the core brand values of HairOriginals. - Innovate content pillars focusing on Transformations, Education, Influencer Collaborations, Campaigns, and Community Stories. - Set performance benchmarks for influencer ROI, content engagement, lead conversions, and organic channel growth. - Review analytics dashboards, track KPIs, and present reports to the CXO/leadership with actionable insights. - Continuously optimize creative strategy based on performance data. **Required Skill Set:** - 8-12 years of experience in social media marketing, content, or creative brand leadership roles. - Proven track record of scaling brand presence on platforms like IG, YouTube, and other social media platforms. - Strong understanding of influencer marketing, video content, and paid media creative strategy. - Experience in managing multi-disciplinary creative teams including design, video, content, and influencer management. - Ability to balance creativity with analytics and drive storytelling with a performance-driven mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively with multiple departments. - Visionary yet hands-on approach, with the ability to set strategies and engage in execution when necessary. - Creative storyteller with an eye for premium aesthetics. - Data-driven decision-maker who connects creativity to measurable outcomes. - Collaborative leader who inspires, mentors, and builds high-performing teams. **Qualifications:** - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of content created for different platforms. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a street smart persona. You will be reporting to the Marketing head/CXO.
