Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Middle Back Office Strategy and Support

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY: In this role, you will work on projects to improve the firm’s controls and oversight of third-party service providers, technology, and financial operations support. You will manage firm’s third-party service provider economics by overseeing pricing negotiations, linking costs to value through rigorous performance measurement, and ensuring an efficient, fit‑for‑purpose operating model. You will lead and coordinate DESCO’s partnership with third-party service providers, driving cross‑functional alignment, operational stability, and a culture of continuous improvement across business units. You will also enable scalable problem‑solving by partnering with function heads to design data‑informed solutions, guide execution, and measure sustainable business impact. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • A postgraduate degree and 8 to 13 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or business transformation consulting. • Hands-on experience with strategic technology and process re-design projects, including but not limited to process automation and systems implementation. • Experience in shaping and executing initiatives, driving continuous improvement, managing through influence, and collaborating across teams. • A proven track record of collaborating well with peers and other stakeholders is essential.
