ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a dynamic, creatively strong, and execution-driven marketing leader to oversee Brand Management, International Social Media, and Studio Operations for Max Healthcare. The ideal candidate will bring a strong creative bent of mind, robust ATL/BTL campaign experience, and proven ability to manage teams and cross-functional stakeholders across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can conceptualise and deliver impactful brand initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-quality campaigns. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Management & Campaign Leadership • Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning ATL, BTL, and Activations. • Lead end-to-end campaign development including strategy, creative conceptualisation, media planning, execution, and post-campaign evaluation. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to create compelling integrated campaigns aligned to business goals and brand positioning. • Identify and execute high-impact visibility and awareness building initiatives across regions. • Stay updated on emerging trends in healthcare marketing, digital innovation, global audience behaviour, and international patient preferences. International Social Media Operations • Lead social media strategy and execution for all international markets, including content direction, multilingual content, monthly calendars, influencer collaborations, and engagement frameworks. • Oversee international digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, region-specific channels) ensuring strong local relevance with global consistency. • Use analytics and insights to continuously enhance content performance, reach, and engagement. • Monitor key marketing KPIs, campaign ROIs, and social media metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimise performance. Studio Operations & Content Production • Establish and streamline SOPs for content planning, workflow management, approvals, and production in internal design studio. • Ensure delivery of high-quality content by internal design studio team that meets campaign and brand objectives. Stakeholder & Team Management • Manage and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including unit marketing leads, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership. • Lead team member directly reporting into this role, and build relationships with creative, digital, media, and production agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution. • Work on campaign plans, performance dashboards, and brand strategies to be presented to business heads and senior leadership teams. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Media Studies, or related field. • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute preferred. • 8–12 years of relevant experience in brand management, digital/social media, and integrated campaign execution. • Experience in the healthcare/hospital/pharma sector preferred but not mandatory. • Strong experience in ATL/BTL marketing, content production, integrated campaign management, and stakeholder collaboration. • Demonstrated ability to lead creative development end-to-end with strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in interpreting digital and campaign performance metrics. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
