About the job

The opportunity: We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager to lead our B2B Repair and Refurbishment Services business unit. This is a pure “hunter” role for a seasoned professional with a strong network of 10–20 CXO-level relationships that can be leveraged for immediate business opportunities. The mandate is to acquire new logos and establish Evolute Cleantech as the preferred partner ... for B2B repair and refurbishment services across the West India region. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Responsibilities: • CXO Engagement: Build and manage strategic relationships with Customer Service Heads, CFOs, and Supply Chain leaders to position Evolute Cleantech’s specialized services. • Network Leverage: Utilize your established CXO portfolio to fast-track meetings, discovery sessions, and deal closures. • Strategic Solutioning: Collaborate with Vasai factory department heads to design and implement B2B repair and refurbishment service solutions. This includes Customer Quality Vendor audit processes, investments in testing equipment, risk management, and Service performance improvement initiatives tailored to different maturity stages into B2B repair and refurbishment services. Functional Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Drive aggressive pursuit of new accounts in repair and refurbishment services, using your personal network to secure high-value mandates. • Pipeline Revenue Ownership: Own the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and hunting to contract negotiation and deal execution. To qualify for the role, you must have – • Academics: B.Tech + MBA from reputed Institution and a stable track record into B2B Business development into CDIT, Telecom, Fintech Industry • Experience: 9–12 years of impactful B2B business development, with proven success in selling high-value consulting or service solutions to consumer electronics brands. Key attributes for success – • Network: Must have a ready-to-leverage network of at least 10–20 active CXO-level relationships within the consumer electronics ecosystem in India. • Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B repair and refurbishment services, operational challenges, circular economy practices, and the shift from B2B Repair Factory as cost centers to value centers. Qualifications • Academics: B.Tech + MBA from reputed Institution and a stable track record into B2B Business development into CDIT, Telecom, Fintech Industry
