Candidate Profile (Requirement Specification) Essential Desirable Education: MBA in Marketing from premier B school MBA with BE in Civil Experience: 4 years 6 years in Real Estate Type of Experience: Channel Sales, Distribution network in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore markets etc Channel Sales, Distribution network in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore markets etc C. Necessary Skills Sets and Desirable Skills Sets • Ability to handle team and source business for Pune projects from non Pune ROI (Rest of India) markets • Ability to build connect with team and Channel partners • Ability to understand market trends and devise strategies • Strategize CP outreach plan in ROI markets and deploy resources • Connect with customers and help the team in closing the deals • Strong analytical skills with ability to handle scale and under ambiguity
