As a Senior Manager in this role, you will be responsible for leading the business development efforts of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. - Identifying potential clients and creating targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry. - Utilizing strong account management skills to build and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Demonstrating a proven track record of success in developing innovative solutions for complex problems. Qualifications required for this role include: - 9-10 years of experience in Business Development or a related field (e.g., Sales & Marketing). - MBA/PGDM degree from a reputable institution, with Marketing or Operations specialization preferred. - Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
