Job Title: Senior Manager B2B (Field Sales) Location: Bangalore, Pune Exp: 3-6 yrs About Us: ZunPulse (engineered by IITians and backed by the Godrej Family Office) is a smart electricity company transforming how India generates and consumes power. Our portfolio spans three high-growth verticals: ZunSolar – Solar EPC & rooftop solar solutions ZunPulse – Smart Automation (Digital Locks, Smar ... t Doorbells/VDPs, Cameras, Switches, etc.) ZunVolt – Small Electrical & Kitchen Appliances Key Responsibilities: • Own the B2B Sales Cycle End-to-End • Lead prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures for Solar EPC & Smart Automation solutions across Real Estate Developers, Factories, and Warehouses. • Business Development / Market Expansion • Conduct targeted cold visits and build new relationships across real estate builders, and industrial clusters. • Product Demonstrations & Technical Consultative Selling: Deliver high-impact demos and solution walkthroughs tailored to site conditions and customer requirements. • Pipeline & Project Intelligence Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of real estate projects and industrial accounts; track progress and forecast accurately. • Achieve Regional Sales Targets • Work strategically to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. • Reporting & CRM Discipline • Log activities, meetings, follow-ups, and forecasts in CRM; share weekly reports with leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree (Hustlers, self-starters, and field-driven professionals preferred) • 3–6 years of B2B field sales experience in Solar, Smart Home/Automation, Real Estate, Industrial Solutions, or similar • Strong network within Pune’s real estate and industrial ecosystem • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage long sales cycles and engage senior stakeholders • Proficiency with CRM tools & MS Office • Ownership mindset, high energy, and strong on-ground presence.
