At Recykal, branding is not cosmetic—it is a growth lever, a trust signal & a movement-builder for the circular economy. We are looking for an individual who can own Recykal brand end-to-end, translate complex sustainability solutions into compelling narratives, and build a brand that is respected by CXOs, policymakers, recyclers, and global institutions alike. This role is ideal for someone who has built brands, not just managed campaigns. What you’ll own (not just execute) • Shape and evolve Recykal’s master brand narrative across sustainability, marketplace, and behavioural change solutions. • Translate circular economy, and waste-tech complexity into clear, credible, and confident storytelling. • Position Recykal as a default thought leader in sustainability and formalised waste management. • Own long-form editorial strategy: reports, POVs, whitepapers, keynote narratives. • Lead high-impact brand activations—events, awards, partnerships, industry moments. • Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, PR, and on-ground touchpoints. • Create and own annual brand plans and budgets, with clarity on ROI and business impact. Make smart calls on media, agencies, and formats. • Work closely with Sales, Growth, Government Relations, and Product teams. Enable business clusters with strong narratives while maintaining one Recykal voice. Required Qualifications • 10+ years in brand management, with proven success in global strategies, integrated communications, and metric-driven campaigns. • Strong digital marketing, social media, and consumer insights expertise; skilled in agency management and product launches. • Exceptional creativity for diverse markets, plus leadership in sustainability branding preferred.
