Team Profile: Alvarez & Marsal's Business Transformation Services (BTS) collaborates with Private Equity and Corporate clients to provide transaction support, drive operational improvements, and facilitate mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Job Roles & Responsibilities: • Be a part of and lead modules as a part of the delivery team working on challenging engagements for some of the largest global and Indian Private Equity and corporate clients • Guide and mentor team members to systematically break down the problem into relevant focus areas • Prepare client-ready delivery documents - including market models, financial models, project reports, etc. Basic Qualifications: • Chartered Accountant or MBA (preferred IIM / IIT / NIT) • Minimum 6+ years of strategy consulting experience post MBA with top consulting organizations or minimum 7+ years of experience across strategy consulting and Financial Services industry (Banking/NBFC/Insurance).
