Senior Manager, Client Success position at UiPath. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Required technical skills: - Proficiency in data analysis and business-intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake) - Working knowledge of mathematical and statistical methods for utilization analysis and demand forecasting - Experience with Process Automation tools, Agentic systems, Business Process Management Suites (BPMS), or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies (preferred) - Hands-on familiarity with the UiPath Platform or comparable enterprise automation solutions (preferred). Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a blended team of CSMs and TAMs - Drive customer success outcomes, supporting renewal and expansion performance - Plan and manage staffing and resource allocation - Implement operational rigor through standardized processes and performance dashboards - Leverage analytics and forecasting tools - Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments - Monitor and report on key delivery metrics - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
