Position objective: This position will play a pivotal role in shaping Husk’s total rewards strategy, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with global best practices. The incumbent will oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits operations, HR compliance, and data-driven HR analytics, while driving digital transformation and employee experience enhancement across the HR function. This role is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulation. Key responsibilities areas: 1. Compensation Strategy & Total Rewards Design • Design, implement, and continuously refine compensation frameworks, pay structures, and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing talent. • Conduct annual and ad-hoc market benchmarking using compensation surveys and analytics tools. • Manage salary reviews, incentive programs, and variable pay structures in line with business objectives. • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity. • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans. ... Qualifications
