Find out more about us at www.jubilantingrevia.com The Position Designation & Level: - Senior Manager – Contract Labour Management & Compliances Location : - Vilayat, Vagra – Bharuch, Gujarat Reporting Manager: - Director – HR Direct Reports: - 0 Team Size: - 1 Matrix Relationship : - None Key Responsibilities Job Summary: The Deputy Manager – Contract Labour Management & Compliances will be responsible for driving the compliance of regular & project. Ensuring that smooth entry is provided to regular as well as project labour. Coordinating with labour suppliers & ensuring they comply with all regulations. Generate report of Non-Compliances & ensure that suppliers adhere to norms else escalate to the highest level & get them complied. MIS of daily labour monitoring, budgeting, approval of bills & payout to vendors in time. Key Responsibilities: • Compliances & Labour Relations: • Lay down the process of daily attendance of CL, monitoring of overtime, wages, compliances related to daily work. • Coordinate with internal stake holders for providing of manpower as per Budgeted strength & timely replacement of workmen for ensuring zero productivity loss. • Coordiante with external agencies & ensure timely submission of compliance documents while onboarding & regular monthly compliances. • MIS & daily, weekly & Monthly reporting of CL strength Budgeted V/s Actual to all internal functions & leadership + Head Office. • Scrutiny of monthly bills as per compliance & daily wage rate applicable. Coordinate with internal stake holders for submission & processing of CL bills. • Monthly & regular meetings with all CL providers to update of compliance level & reward the consistent performers. • Query Handling & Communication: • Meeting all stake holders for query resolutions • Grievance handling & resolutions • Meeting with local authority as well as local police to maintain harmonious relations • To implement and develop the existing CL induction plan • Create safety awareness & ensure that last mile safety is achieved during induction. • Digitalization of activities related to OL & CL. • Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring or enforcement of compliances. • Functional Review & Department Budget Governance: • Assist in periodic update of functional reviews to stay on track with Strategy execution • Maintain HR annual departmental budget and track usage throughout the year. • Assist in handling audits The Person Key Interfaces: • External Interfaces • Training consultants, Engagement vendors, wellness partners. • Internal Interfaces • Manufacturing Sites, Business HR, Function heads. Qualifications & Experience: • MSW or PDGPM / PGDHRD having 10+ years of experience in preferably manufacturing organization • 15+ years of prior work experience in Human Resources, a significant amount of which is leading CLMS Functional Knowledge required: • Conceptual knowledge of HR Systems and processes • Good command over MS-Office/ERP • Working knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft / SAP) would be beneficial • Knowledge of Latest compliances & update on norms followed Skills and capabilities required: • Good interpersonal & collaborative skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Ability to innovate and drive change • Good analytical and execution skills What’s on Offer: Jubilant is an equal opportunity employer.
