Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources, located in Delhi. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing HR initiatives to align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, developing talent acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the role involves managing employee engagement, overseeing performance management systems, and providing leadership to the HR team to support organizational growth and employee development.
