As a Senior Manager - Digital & Performance Marketing at Eko, you will play a key role in driving high-impact digital campaigns to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various business lines such as Eloka, API platforms, and EPS. With 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing and digital brand building, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies focusing on metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and payback period. - Lead and coordinate digital-first Go-To-Market strategies across business units, develop channel-specific media plans, and oversee creative asset development. - Build dashboards, manage conversion funnels, and analyze user journey data to drive informed marketing strategies. - Take ownership of SEO strategy, implement optimizations, and drive organic growth while maintaining Eko's digital presence. - Ensure up-to-date, conversion-optimized content on the website, track engagement metrics, and collaborate with tech teams to enhance user experience. - Oversee digital agencies, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to strategic planning efforts. Preferred Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in fintech or B2B/B2C tech industries. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and GA4. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, and HubSpot. - Demonstrated experience in managing performance media budgets exceeding 10-12 Lakhs per month with measurable ROI. - Strong command of data tools such as Excel, Sheets, and dashboards, along with expertise in attribution modeling. - Excellent skills in agency and vendor management, driving desired outcomes effectively.
