The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field marketing, with experience in both direct and partner-led campaigns. 📈 Primary Responsibilities • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with local business and global priorities, working closely with sales, SDRs, partners, and cross-functional teams. • Campaign Execution: Run quarterly field marketing campaigns from awareness to demand generation, using always-on digital marketing and account-centric programs to hit KPIs. • Budget Management: Manage field marketing budget and co-op funds, tracking and reporting KPIs weekly (MCIs, MQLs, meetings, pipeline). • Campaign Optimization: Build quarterly customer stories and use martech for campaign optimization and scale execution with agencies. • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on marketing strategies and campaign progress. 📝 Enhancement Note: This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities. 🎓 Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, MBA preferred. Experience: 8-12 years of in-country field marketing experience, with proven results in innovation, campaigns, and pipeline growth.
