Experience: 10+ years Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead the finance and administrative functions for a diverse business group comprising over 10 companies and LLPs with investments across India and international markets (US, UK, Israel, Switzerland, UAE, and others). This role offers the opportunity to manage complex, multi-entity operations and drive financial excellence at a group level. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Compliance (India) - Manage accounting, financial reporting, and finalisation of accounts for all Indian entities. - Ensure timely compliance and filing under GST, ROC, Income Tax, RBI, ODI, and FDI regulations. - Resolve legacy matters including pending assessments, reconciliations, and past financial compliance issues. - Coordinate and review statutory and internal audits. International Finance & Compliance - Oversee financial operations, audits, and regulatory filings for entities across global jurisdictions. - Ensure compliance with international regulators such as the IRS, State Tax Authorities, and other local bodies. - Manage cross-border transactions, inter-company reconciliations, and foreign exchange compliance. Group-Level Finance & Investments - Consolidate group financials and generate insightful management reports. - Track group investments in start-ups and portfolio companies. - Support management with fund flow planning, capital structuring, and tax optimization strategies. Administration & Operations - Lead administrative functions including office management, procurement, property oversight, and payroll. - Supervise the admin team to ensure smooth daily operations and implement process efficiencies. - Drive strong financial controls, compliance, and cost-efficiency measures across departments. Who Were Looking For - Qualified finance professional CA / CPA / ACCA (or equivalent). - 10+ years of experience in finance, accounts, and compliance with exposure to multi-country operations. - Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and international compliance frameworks. - Proficiency in IFRS / US GAAP and cross-border taxation. - Proven ability to lead finance and admin teams effectively. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
