Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for a Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis. The individual in this role will oversee the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes, conduct detailed financial analysis, and develop financial models to assist decision-making. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, analyzing financial performance, and offering actionable recommendations to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure accurate and timely forecasting and financial management. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting to manage and monitor financial goals effectively. • Proficiency in Financial Modeling and understanding complex financial scenarios to support decision-making processes. • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights. • Solid foundation in Finance concepts and strategies to drive overall organizational success. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • MBA in Finance, CFA certification, or equivalent qualifications are preferred. • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership role.
