This role acts as a strategic finance partner, driving insights and enabling strong financial performance. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Lead AOP, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts. • Build and maintain detailed financial models. • Analyze revenue, margins, deal pipelines, client-level metrics, and project costing. • Partner with sales & delivery teams for pricing and commercial decisions. • Deliver monthly dashboards, variance analysis, and board presentations. • Support ROI assessments for new initiatives and strategic investments. • Strengthen FP&A processes, governance, automation, and reporting. 🧠 Skills & Experience Required • Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics. • Deep understanding of IT services metrics: utilization, project costing, rate cards, revenue models. • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan) is a plus. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 🌍 Preferred Background • FP&A / Corporate Finance experience in IT services or project-based businesses. • Exposure to global operations and multi-currency reporting environments. ⭐ Why Join Us?
