About the job
We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team in Hyderabad, India. This team is responsible for driving the annual compensation review cycle, wherein the compensation strategy and the year-end compensation raises are finalized. Additionally, the team is also responsible for developing the annual budget and rolling forecasts, tracking actual trends, and monitoring the financial performance of the firm.
